外太空空间治理书籍：从元宇宙到外太空

从古代夜观星象、嫦娥奔月到近代天文望远镜等被应用于外太空的研究，从以国家为主导的国际空间站、中国国家空间站到商用性质的SpaceX的出现，从虚拟世界、物理世界到元宇宙，再从元宇宙到外太空，人们对未知世界的畅想、憧憬和探索从未停止过。我国对外太空的探索也取得了巨大进展，神舟载人系列、国际空间站、长征火箭系列等诸多持续的努力与成就，使得我国在外太空探索的硬实力在国际上具有了领先地位。当前，国内外对外太空的探索竞争不断加剧，而国外不仅在硬实力上进行探索，也在软实力上展开一些研究，如法律的研究、话语权的构建、规则的塑造等，相较之下，我国在这一方面的研究还比较少。因此，要加快相关的研究步伐，用软实力为硬实力做好守护，提高我国在这一领域的话语权和规则塑造权。

本期书籍主要包括三个方向，第一个方向是外太空通识类书籍，主要介绍了外太空的一些基本情况，当前的发展状态等；第二个方向是外太空通用法律类书籍，这类书籍主要从整个法律体系介绍了外太空的探索中的法律问题，如知识产权问题等；第三个方向是外太空的国际治理，主要是介绍外太空发展中的国际法应对。

本期书籍的获取方式为公众号后台回复“外太空”。
